Book and complete a Capital City CPR group course for 15 or more paid participants. The booking contact receives one $150 reward toward one qualifying AED business package or selected workplace bleeding-control station. Redeem within 60 days after the course.
Qualifying equipment: Philips OnSite, Defibtech Lifeline, Defibtech Lifeline VIEW or ZOLL AED Plus business packages through HSI; Cubix ANSI 2021 Bleeding Control Station or Cubix STOP THE BLEED School Station. Subject to availability. HeartSine and Avive packages are excluded.

AED packages: Reply to your follow-up email with your preferred package before paying HSI. We confirm eligibility and coordinate the discount on your HSI invoice. AED rewards are not redeemed in the Wix cart.
