Service Description
Request a one-hour setup visit at your facility for your First Aid & AED Care plan. Choose a proposed time and provide your full facility address. We review the location and schedule before confirming your appointment. Your $500 one-time setup includes a review of your Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and Emergency Action Plan (EAP), plus guidance on placement of first-aid kits and AEDs. Please have your current plans and equipment locations available for the visit. This appointment request does not collect payment or add a second setup fee. Monthly service starts at $300 for up to 3 kits and 1 AED at one facility, plus $75 per extra kit and $35 per extra AED. Routine first-aid consumables are included; AED pads and batteries are billed separately.
Cancellation Policy
Your selected time is a request until Capital City CPR confirms it. Please provide the complete facility address and access instructions. We review availability, travel time and service scope before confirming. The one-hour visit is part of the $500 setup for the First Aid & AED Care plan; submitting a request does not collect payment or add a second setup charge.
